How to Use

Prepaid International simcards and e-sims work in 191 countries. Data rates are really affordable. MB data rate varies between 1 cent/MB and 10 cent/MB. These rates are up to 60 percent lower when you use data packages.

You order your prepaid international sim or e-sim with a data package or with some balance.

Our data packages are valid for 30 or 365 days. You can choose the data package duration during ordering.

If you already have a sim or an esim, you can order balance or buy a new data package.

If you buy a data package, we will activate the data package on the date you have communicated to us. Just send us an email right after you place the order.

If you buy additional balance, we will put the balance on your sim/e-sim. Your sim then has a monthly fee of 1 euro. The sim remains active as long as it has balance on it. You use international data according to normal data rates.

If your sim has balance, you can also use the balance to activate a data package. The package costs are deducted from your balance. Your sim remains active after the package has expired or package data is used up. Of course, there should be some balance on the sim/e-sim for it to remain active.

A sim that has no balance and no data package is made inactive. An inactive sim can later be reactivated by ordering new balance or a new data package. You can use your sim/e-sim this way for many years.
